1. Permanent Storefront & Production Facility:

Secure and build out a commercial location to serve walk-in customers, optimize kitchen workflow, and house larger smorkers for consistent 9-12 hour smoked meats. 

2. Staffing & Operations:

Hire and train kitchen and service staff, acquire essential equipment , refrigeration, and cover permits, licenses, and insurance necessary for safe and compliant operations.

3. Revenue Channel Development:

Establish repeatable and scalable sales channels as well as direct-to-consumer sales programs.
